Oneedo is the work of animation designer/director Ned Wenlock and is based in the beach village of Paekakariki, 45 minutes from Wellington, NZ.
Ned specialises in 2d animation with a focus on modernist, highly simplified and likeable characters. Being tall he has a tendency to compensate by designing compact and miniature worlds.
As well as commercials, titles, TV content and illustration work Ned writes and directs short films. His latest 'Spring Jam' made with producer Georgiana Plaister and the NZ Film Commission won best film at the 2016 Show Me Shorts Film Festival, and has gone on to play at 70+ film festivals around the world.
